In 2019 the Tars fielded two senior women’s teams (Div 1 and Div 2) as well as a very successful fall junior 7s team. Both senior teams finished the season with a loss in the semi-finals. Division 1 lost to Charlottetown and Division 2 lost to Pictou County. Our junior 7s team was once again very successful throughout the fall 7’s series. 

We had about 15 different junior players participate over the course of the fall season, many of whom were brand new to the Tars! We had many Tars members competing, coaching and managing the Keltics provincial programs. We also continue to be very involved with the high school rugby league which plays a huge role in our successful junior progrm.
